Red Osier Dogwood (Cornus sericea) previously known as Cornus stolonifera

Native Deciduous fast growing shrub , Grows 6-12' tall, will form a thicket or hedge.

Has bright red stems which make it easy to recognize in the winter . In the spring it has showy white flowers. where multiple stalks for a star shape.  Blooms in mid-May to June   White berries, red and purple foliage in autumn. Attractive all 4 seasons.

Prefers:   Full to part Sun, wet to dry soil, and is tolerant of flooding and wet soils.

Attracts birds. with its highly nutritious berries.
