Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any of our products.  We only sell healthy plants and cannot control how they are treated once they leave our property.  We will give you instructions for best results.  Please bring the plants home immediately, do not leave them in your car for even a few minutes. 

Cancellation of a pre-orders are not accepted as we have reserved those plants for you. You can send a request to change the selection of plants.  No refunds will be issued.  Restocking fees apply.
