Holy Basil/Tulsi Kapoor (Ocimum tenuiflorum)

Annual Herb with purple flowers is an attractive addition to any garden.  It has a mild spicy aroma with hints of sweetness.  This has become one of my favorite plants due to its aroma and that it is a great tea.

Prefers: Full Sun , Rich moist well draining soil  (does well in a container or garden)

Has a long consistent bloom 

Uses:  teas, culinary, and medicinal use, IPM(integrated pest management)

Beneficial to native bees, honey bees and butterflies, repels mosquitos
