Flowering Raspberry- Rubus odoratus

Native Shrub that spreads through suckers
3-6 ft. high  & 6-12 ft. wide
  forms broad patches. Five-lobed, maple-like
green leaves become pale yellow in fall.   
Large, pinkish-purple flowers June -August 
 singly or in few-flowered clusters. Fruit is a red 
to purple berry.   Canes are thornless(has bristly hairs)
