Perennial Grass that can be aggressive and spreads through rhizomes, so may not be suitable for very small gardens
Full to part sun Medium to dry soil can grow up to 6ft High
Blooms: Aug-Sept The Blooms are Rich Clusters of Bronze colored seeds
Benefits: grasshoppers and caterpillars feed on the blades, birds feed on the seeds as well as a the grasshoppers and caterpillars , nesting habitat for the birds
