Mojito Mint

Mojito Mint has a much milder flavor with hints of citrus whereas spearmint is much stronger (think breath mints or chewing gum). Mojito Mint has large leaves which make it great for muddling. Muddling releases the mints oils without crushing the leaves and gives it a better taste.  If you don't have a muddler you can slap the plant leaves against your hand or shake in a glass with ice to release the oils.

Mint prefers rich moist well drained soils.  Full to Part Sun (it cannot . tolerate extremely hot sunny days in full sun. So you may want to plant in a large container so you can move it on extremely hot sunny days.
